Seems to be a help
The strength of this product helps with arthritis and other age-related joint and muscle discomfort - naturally. I believe in it, and will continue using. It's not the answer for serious, moderate - chronic pain....but it is the answer for that day in, day out pain we all fight with.

I have tried others but this one works best. I’m 40ish and still work out 5 time a week so I tend to get pain all over the next day, so I highly recommend this product
