Methods of Employment Verification by Sootheen®

If we receive a request for employment information (when it is requested to provide a reference check on a current or former employee), we should provide work related reference information and may confirm dates of employment and job titles while the individual was employed with the program. For any specific verification details, please contact our VOE clerk by phone, or submit your email or written request by mail. 

Verification of employment can be provided by one of the two following methods:

 

  1. Phone Verification (verbal)
    • Please call toll-free 1 (800) 734-6818, ext. 104, M-F 10AM-3PM PT
    • Information that can be provided includes:
      • Dates of employment,
      • Title (job classification), and
      • Salary verification (we'll only verify the salary that is given to us on "correct" or "not correct" basis)
  2. Verification by email or mail (written)
    • Request written verification by email to: service@sootheen.com or sent to Sootheen™ Corporation, att. Nick. H, 23551 Avenida La Caza, suite 134-A, Trabuco Canyon, CA 92679, USA. You must submit such request with employee's signature and date, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of sign. Written verification has a three-day turn-around.
    • Information that can be provided includes:
      • Dates of employment,
      • Title (job classification),
      • Employment history (all position, dates and salary since date of hire),
      • Gross salary for the past two years,
      • Year to date salary, 
      • Annual salary, and
      • Verification of Drugs Policy and Compliance (Marijuana, Alcohol, Tobacco, Opioids, Cocaine/Meth) Abatements/Policy/Records/Tests/Results/Refusals
